Accommodation Information – DERMACON 2026 Bengaluru

• The Organising Committee or the event management has blocked a limited number of hotel rooms near the venue.
• Rooms are available at standard hotel rates (no extra charges).
• Delegates can book rooms through the Accommodation Desk of the official event managers.
• No online booking is available. The conference website will only provide the POC details for accommodation.
• Rooms will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Only registered delegates can book accommodation (registration details must be provided).

Important Notes

• Breakfast: Check with the hotel before booking.
• Travel Time: About 25 minutes from Hebbal flyover to the venue via express highway.
• Departure: Leave early to avoid traffic diversions.
• Minimum Stay: 3 nights.
• Rates: Per room, per night basis. Inclusive of taxes.
• Check-in/Check-out: 14:00 hrs / 12:00 hrs. Early check-in requires booking from the previous day.
• Exclusions: Airport transfers, tips, laundry, meals not mentioned, minibar, phone bills, etc.
• Payment: 100% advance required to confirm booking.
• Alternative Hotels: If preferred hotel is full, booking will be shifted to the next available option.
• Refunds: Processed within 30 days after the conference.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation will 100% retention effective date 23 Dec 2025.
